She brings experience from both the funder and nonprofit sides of the sector, having previously worked at the Oregon Health Authority on a team administering the Public Health Equity Grant, as well as at Catholic Charities supporting day-to-day nonprofit operations.

With a strong foundation in communication, organization, and procedural development, Chloe helps create the internal structure that allows the IN Fundraising team to serve clients effectively and with care. Her work is guided by a human-first approach and a commitment to supporting organizations that make a meaningful difference in their communities.

Newer to San Diego, Chloe enjoys getting outside and exploring the beaches and parks nearby through volunteering with Bird Alliance of San Diego and enjoys spending her free time reading historical fiction or relaxing with her two cats.
