Janeal Ford, MPA, CFRE

President and CEO

Janeal Ford is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. After a 15-year career in nonprofit fundraising, Janeal started Fordable Fundraising to help leaders strengthen community engagement and improve resource gathering. Initially starting as a grant writer at her kitchen table, she has since grown the company to a team of nine employees. Since its beginning, the company has now helped leaders secure more than $59 million in charitable gifts.

Janeal has more than 20 years experience in nonprofit management and fundraising and is a seasoned entrepreneur, thought leader and consultant. She speaks regularly at conferences and workshops, sharing her insights on effective fundraising strategies, nonprofit management, and the evolving landscape of philanthropy.

Janeal holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Utah, and is certified as a Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE).

Originally from Utah, Janeal has called San Diego home for ten years. In her off time she spends time with her family, time in nature, and exploring the world.
