Sara Garcia is a Grant Writer with IN Fundraising. With over 10 years of volunteer experience and an extensive background in research, some of her specialties are in the areas of mental health, disability advocacy, and community development.

Based in San Diego, Sara has served as a consultant, primarily working with small to mid-sized non-profit organizations writing grant proposals, prospect research, and developing fundraising plans. Projects range from writing proposals for a specific new program, to prospect research and fundraising guidance, to ongoing grant writing and development work. She lives with her wonderful cats, enjoys dance of all kinds, and leisure time at local parks and lakes.
